Connie Oller is a Colorado-based mortgage broker and co-owner of Blue Spruce Mortgage, bringing over 25 years of mortgage industry experience. She serves homebuyers across Colorado, specializing in Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, Jumbo, and down payment assistance programs. Throughout her career, Connie has held positions in loan origination, management, and executive leadership within mortgage companies, giving her a deep understanding of both the lending process and the client experience. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®) and a 5 Star Professional since 2023, Connie is known for making the mortgage process feel clear, smooth, and less overwhelming for her clients.
